VACANZA A CASA - Lovely 1 bedroom apartment

Apartment of about 34 sqm with 1 bedroom, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen (including washing machine) and a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. It shares the reception with two other apartments. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a residential complex in the "Ottavia" area, a very quiet neighborhood equipped with all the main services that are within walking distance (supermarket, fruit shop, ice cream parlor, tobacconist, bar, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank, etc.).
Modern and comfortable furnishings to make our guests' stay pleasant. It is located near the famous Via Francigena, the Insugherata Nature Reserve, the archaeological site "Ipogeo degli Ottavi" and the train stop of the same name from which metropolitan trains depart that well connect the neighborhood with the historic center of the city and allow you to reach St. Peter's / Vatican in 20 minutes avoiding city traffic.
It is also possible to reach the city center by city buses, whose stop is located about 50 meters from the hotel.
Thanks to the proximity of the Ipogeo degli Ottavi stop (about 350 meters away) of the FL3 metropolitan train, the location of the apartment is very convenient to reach the San Filippo Neri Hospital (reachable in 6 minutes and with two stops) and the Poliniclinico Gemelli (reachable in 12 minutes and with 4 stops). By car or bus, the San Pietro-Fatebene Fratelli Hospital and the Sant'Andrea Hospital are also within easy reach.

Appartamento molto pulito con comoda camera da letto e cucina abitabile ben accessoriata: sono presenti piano a induzione, lavatrice (la struttura fornisce gratuitamente anche il detersivo), bollitore, microonde, stoviglie e posate, nonche' una macchina del caffe ' (la struttura offre anche le capsule). E' presente anche un asse e un ferro da stiro e uno stendino per i panni. Anche il bagno e' completo di tutti i servizi igienici compreso il bidet che per noi Italiani e' indispensabile. Ho molto apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilita' dello Staff. Sicuramente ritornero'. Lo consiglio.

Lei è stata un Ospite eccezionale. ha rispettato le regole della Casa, lasciato l'appartamento molto pulito, spento il condizionatore e buttata persino la spazzatura prima di fare check-out. Sarà sempre la benvenuta se in futuro sceglierà di soggiornare ancora da noi.

The rooms were clean and the location was really good for us. The apartment next to us, that was owned by the same owner had paper thin walls between us and those renters chose to watch TV loud until 3:30 am. Also, the power kept going out and I would be in the bathroom in the dark. The hair drier dis not work for more than 20 seconds at time so it took 45 minutes to dry my short hair. The shower was also really, really small. So not good value for our money.

Dear Guest, The power supply was not interrupted; it was simply controlled by sensors. Additionally, there was a switch next to the bathroom mirror to keep the light on continuously. The hairdryer is a standard hotel model, so you need to keep the button pressed to operate it. If the neighbors next door were rude and kept the TV on until late at night, that is certainly not the property's fault. We thank you for rating the cleanliness of the premises as exceptional.
