Come and enjoy this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium with fabulous views of the ocean from one of the largest balconies on the beach! With unique decor condo has a very warm and cozy feel, you may not want to leave!

We have condo on 11th floor. Condo has comfortable king bed, and two queen beds. The bathrooms have upgraded to WALK-IN shower enclosure. This condominium includes everything for a great beach vacation.
The main living areas and the bedrooms are tiled so you can see the cleanness of the rooms.
The magnificent ocean views can be seen easily from the living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms.

We are also providing a comfortable queen size sleeper in the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the house. Granite countertops with spacious cabinets. A comfortable dining room for a large family dinner or entertaining. For your entertaining needs there are three TVs with DVD, flat screen in all rooms.

PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs including March-October. (daily value $45)
Ocean Villa has oversized balconies overlooking beautiful white sand beaches and breathtaking views of the gulf, a large hot tub, two pools (one heated indoor/outdoor and the other large outdoor pool), steam room, exercise room and sauna. Our condo is right in the middle of a 23 story building. The sand is the best in all of Florida, soft and pure white! You can see the dolphin migrate east along the sandbar, watch them from your balcony or swim along with them.

Sorry no pets and no smoking.

As our family grew, we found Panama City Beach to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just mesmerized when they took their parasailing ride for the first time. 'Cool, it's like flying as a giant pelican over the people!” We hope you'll enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too!
