Come and enjoy this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium with fabulous views of the ocean from one of the largest balconies on the beach! With unique decor condo has a very warm and cozy feel, you may not want to leave!

We have condo on 11th floor. Condo has comfortable king bed, and two queen beds. The bathrooms have upgraded to WALK-IN shower enclosure. This condominium includes everything for a great beach vacation.
The main living areas and the bedrooms are tiled so you can see the cleanness of the rooms.
The magnificent ocean views can be seen easily from the living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms.

We are also providing a comfortable queen size sleeper in the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the house. Granite countertops with spacious cabinets. A comfortable dining room for a large family dinner or entertaining. For your entertaining needs there are three TVs with DVD, flat screen in all rooms.

PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs including March-October. (daily value $45)
Ocean Villa has oversized balconies overlooking beautiful white sand beaches and breathtaking views of the gulf, a large hot tub, two pools (one heated indoor/outdoor and the other large outdoor pool), steam room, exercise room and sauna. Our condo is right in the middle of a 23 story building. The sand is the best in all of Florida, soft and pure white! You can see the dolphin migrate east along the sandbar, watch them from your balcony or swim along with them.

Sorry no pets and no smoking.

Great getaway

Nice condo

We stayed the first three weeks in February at this condo. Everything was very clean and well kept. Mike was very responsive when we had a fire alarm battery going bad and was fixed within the hour or so. We enjoyed the amenities of the heated pool and hot tub.

Wonderful!

We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and an 11 year old. We stayed on the 14th floor. The elevators were very timely (3 of them), the pool and hot tub were nice. Our balcony was HUGE. Large table on it, 6 sturdy chairs with cushions, and 2 lounge chairs with cushions. The master bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. The place (14th floor unit) is actually nicer looking in person! The owner, Mike, was extremely timely with communication! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Salt and pepper and a few others seasonings were already there. Starter items, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods were there as well. Chair rental was included and always a treasure to have. Really really loved this place and hope to come back!

The location was perfect! Very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and fun. The condo was very clean and unlike previous experiences, the elevators here worked amazing! (hardly any wait times) The balcony was large and allowed space for family meals with an incredible, peaceful view. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. The pool was great and easy access to the white sandy beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided clear, friendly instructions and support.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved sitting outside on the large balcony. The beach was a bit crowded but it was the holiday and no where near as crowded as some of the large condos nearby.Mike is a very responsive host.

Awesome Vacay

Mike was wonderful to work with. The property is beautiful, and just as described. The view is spectacular. The condo is in a great location, very spacious, and has the amenities that you need. We will be back, and really enjoyed our vacation!

From booking to checking out, shout out to Mike, the owner. The communication could not have been better and he was so nice! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The amenities were great too. The only down side was one of the elevators was out for part of the trip so the wait time was not good.

Getaway in PCB

The condo was lovely. Mike was a great host with excellent communication even before we arrived. Location is right in the middle of town so close to lots of food. Spring break crowds could be a little loud, but being on the 11th floor helped so we were not disturbed inside with the doors closed at night.We enjoyed our stay and time on the beach very much. Balcony view was great.Basic soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper provided. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating meals. The only thing we had to bring were beach towels, a couple laundry pods and paper towels. Thanks, Mike, for everything!

As our family grew, we found Panama City Beach to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just mesmerized when they took their parasailing ride for the first time. 'Cool, it's like flying as a giant pelican over the people!” We hope you'll enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too! I personal coming to my condo every other month to check everything with my own eyes.
