This beautiful, Penthouse quality condo was professionally decorated in an elegant Contemporary coastal feel and has 9' ceiling crown molding with stainless steel appliances and upgraded fixtures. It offers an EXTRA LARGE beautifully furnished balcony (10X28) with 2 cushioned loungers and a table that seats 6 for dinner or drinks with a view to the Gulf.

The living room features 1 large leather full size sleeper sofa, 1 large sofa chair, a large coffee table, 2 end tables w lamps and a SAMSUNG Theater System with a 46' LCD TV. Its Gulf front with custom drapes.

The Gulf Front master bedroom features dark wood trendy furniture with a King-size bed, 32' LCD TV. With a Master Bathroom and a tub.

The guest bedroom has gorgeous white wood furniture with a King-size bed and a 32' LCD TV and a hall/guest bathroom.

The Laundry Room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, Iron and Ironing board and shelving for extra storage.

The dining area features a large oversized high-top dining table with 6 chairs.

View is absolutely the best. Checkin process super easy. We loved being steps from the beach. It's also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Mini golf and go carts across the street. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful, spacious condo in convenient location

We loved the decor and the cleanliness of this condo. We came on short notice and the owner was very accommodating. The condo is just as it is in pics, it’s just a very short drive to Pier Park and other local favorites. We loved seeing dolphins from the balcony. This was so spacious and my teen girls each loved having their own bathroom. I’d definitely recommend!

This condo was the best we have stayed in our last three visits down to Panama City Beach. My only regret we didn’t find this one first. The place was immaculate. I only wish we had a few beach towels for the pool. But we have souvenirs now. We will plan to go back. By the way the view and location was awesome ☀️☀️☀️

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We really like this resort. The location is great. The pool, boardwalk, and access to the beach is one of the best I have ever seen. If there is one thing I would say needs improvement Would be the appliances need updated. The TVs really need to be updated as well. There were some kitchen utensils that you would assume would be available that were not. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
