Large and comfortable apartment in a beautiful villa in Località Alverà, a panoramic and sunny hamlet of Cortina d'Ampezzo. There are two comfortable double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. Ideal for hosting a large family or a group of friends. Precisely because of its position it is an apartment suitable for all those who love tranquility and contact with nature.
The apartment measures 110 m2 and is located on the ground floor. The living area consists of a beautiful living room with comfortable sofa and LCD TV and a dining room with a large wooden table with bench and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, a large fridge, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe, Tv and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with bunk bed and a second bathroom with shower cubicle. The second bedroom is located to the left of the entrance and is composed of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Turkish bath. To complete the offer of this beautiful house, the wi-fi connection, outdoor parking and a terrace equipped with deckchairs to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Dolomites.
