The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen for everything you will need for a perfect self-catered stay with a dining space for guests. A splendid place for socialising.

The property sleeps 4, in two large bedrooms. The master benefitting from a large comfy double and the second bedroom two singles. Both rooms have ample space and plenty of storage for belongings.

The main modern bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet & WC.

Outside, the property offers off-street parking and a small front garden and a sun-trap garden for relaxing to the rear.

Walking distance from Middlesbrough town centre (c.15 mins), it is also situated very close to excellent transport links (A19 and A66) offering the chance to further explore the beautiful North East.

We operate a no smoking policy inside the property but we are more than happy to welcome well-behaved pets.
