Located in a rural setting, where insects (flies, ants, bees, etc.) and small wildlife (birds, small rodents, or reptiles, etc.) are common.
The pool is outdoors and surrounded by vegetation, so it’s possible that, despite regular maintenance, leaves or small insects may fall into it.
This is part of the experience of staying in an authentic country house.

The Space
The home features 3 double bedrooms.
A total of 4 full bathrooms (2 en suite, 1 guest bathroom, and 1 outdoor bathroom in the pool area).
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Living-dining room. There is also a loft in the living room with two beds, accessible via an interior spiral staircase.
Since the property is located in a rural area, the presence of insects and wildlife is common, especially outdoors or indoors if doors and windows are left open. This is inherent to this type of accommodation.

The pool (approximate dimensions 3x8m), being outdoors in a rural setting, may have leaves and insects in the water. It is cleaned on the day of check-in, as well as on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and a net is provided for guests to skim the surface daily.

Services and Common Areas
You will have access to the property, parking, and outdoor area. Areas without access will be properly marked and closed off.

As is common with this type of accommodation and due to its location, there may occasionally be minor fluctuations in certain services, such as water pressure or supply, electricity, or the Internet connection.
These variations may depend on local conditions or the general supply in the area and, at times, may be beyond our control.

Although we work to ensure that everything functions properly and will address any issues that may arise, we appreciate our guests keeping in mind that staying in a country house means enjoying nature along with its little quirks.

Other important details
Our staff will access the outdoor area to perform maintenance tasks (at the pool and in the outdoor area) and to care for the animals (chickens and horses).

A passport or similar identification will be required for check-in.
