The pretty garden with barbecue and large, private pool as well as several terraces equipped with garden furniture provide the perfect place to relax. Shopping facilities and numerous restaurants can be reached in 6 minutes by car in the neighbouring estate Nova Cabana. The beach of Palma with its shops, sites, bars and cafés is 15 minutes by car.
