Enjoyable visit

We particularly liked the quiet location and the use of an indoor pool. The mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. The toilet seat was loose. We felt it could have been a little cleaner.

Cosy and relaxing stay in lovely rural area

Loved the cosy vibe and the log burner was a nice touch in such a cold snap. And our boys appreciated the Xmas tree and chocs to keep the Christmas feeling going!

Pros: The cottage was clean. Parking was provided and convenient. Beautiful location. Could use some fresh paint and furniture is a bit worn. Overall a nice stay.Cons: washing machine was located in a separate building on an upper floor with steep steps, no dryer, or clothes line.Dry racks were mentioned but couldn’t find them. VRBO page stated 2 bathrooms but there was only one. Emailed owner with some questions but no answer back.
