We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We really appreciated being able to check in early, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Very good location, lots of space. Air conditioning worked well.Most of the rooms smelled rather smoky or musty. One bathroom had loose tile and wet floor by toilet. Not enough remote controls for all the rooms, and could not figure out how to turn off two lights.

We loved our stay in London in this flat attached to the Leonard hotel. I think that helped with the one issue we had (the washer made our clothing smell terrible but the hotel decided to wash our laundry for us). The front desk woman was always incredibly kind and helpful! The space was perfect for our family of 6. The location was also great as we could walk places or get rides pretty easily. The tube is also just a block or so away. Overall we highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Best location in London!

Fantastic location! Restaurants and public transportation just minutes away. The apartment is part of a hotel with restaurant and workout room. It our family of five (3 kids age 5-14) perfectly. The staff of the hotel are delightful. Always greeted with a smile and so quick to help if we had any questions. Great homebase for a family to tour the city.

Completely Perfect

This space was absolutely perfect. My father, sister and I each had our own room with an attached bathroom. The living room gave us a great communal space for our family, and having access to a washer/dryer was very convenient. The apartment is connected to a hotel, so having access to the benefits of a front desk was great. The hotel employees were incredibly friendly, and the space was clean and spacious.

Size and space good. Took 24 hours to resolve and clean up a Plumbing issue. Stayed 11 nights and unable to wash towels in small washing machine/dryer combo. Unit in basement with very small steep stairs to climb to get in and out. Location was convenient to Tube station and mass transit stops and Taxis.

This place was huge and easily accomodated our 7 travellers.All rooms were en-suite, which made mornings so much easier.The hosts were always responsive, before and during our stay, and very friendly and helpful.Our flat was in the basement so was a bit noisy overnight, as we could hear people walking upstairs and the water running through the pipes. But excellent location, right off Oxford Street. Would stay here again and are recommending it to friends!

The property was large and easily handled our group of 7.The staff were always friendly and helpful.The host was extremely responsive both before and during the visit.The only downside with the property was the noise during the night. The property was in the basement and we heard footsteps above us all night. In addition, one of the rooms heard water running through the pipes all night long.But loved the position of the property, the responsiveness of the staff and the size of the property.
