Prachtig gastenverblijf, klein maar alles erop en eraan

Ons verblijf was super. Verblijf is prachtig gelegen aan het water. Hebben verschillende uitstapjes/wandelingen gemaakt in de nabije omgeving (Poolewe en Grailoch). In het kleine verblijf was alles aanwezig van afwasmachine tot wasmachine, kookgerei etc. Teleurstellend was de communicatie, die was er helemaal niet. We hebben een paar dagen van te voren via de site aangegeven wanneer onze aankomst zou zijn. Helaas is daar geen antwoord op gekomen. Ook gebeld maar kregen een ingesproken bericht. Bij aankomst was er op het terrein gelukkig iemand aanwezig in de woning op hetzelfde terrein, die ook nog geprobeerd heeft de gastvrouw te bellen, echter geen response. Gelukkig kon deze persoon de huishoudster die de pods schoonmaakt en kon zo de code achterhalen om ons binnen te laten. Nadien alsnog geen reactie mogen ontvangen, heel jammer. Bij de andere boekingen via VRBO waren er geen communicatie problemen.

Hello Diana, thank you for writing a review. We're glad you enjoyed the pod, location and facilities. Sorry you had some difficulties. This is the information about the Welcome Guide. 'We’ll email the guide to your guests 3 days before they check in. The welcome guide is also available in the Vrbo app. Access, check-in and check-out instructions are released 3 days before check-in, but all other information is available as soon as they book.' The owner was at the site who did contact me, we understand you were struggling with your phone and not able to download the information that had been sent to you. He was there and gave you the code for entry (it was the owner who set the code on the key box). we apologise if you think we did not communicate but we'd set up automatic information to be sent to you, sorry you had trouble accessing it. best wishes Diane
