Beautiful villa located in Algaida, an area of calm and tranquility, it is necessary to rent a car.



It features a private swimming pool and a spacious terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa has 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and two of them located on the upper floor, it has 3 full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a spacious dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects with the outdoor dining area. Outside you will find a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue.



This precious property stands out for its peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic. It is very well connected by motorway to Palma as well as to the main tourist attractions on the island. Just 7 minutes' drive from the estate you will find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and 25 minutes from Palma capital. A perfect choice for spending your holidays in Mallorca. Important notice: due to the house’s rural location, there are usually wasps around the swimming pool area during the hottest months.
