Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Positives were the walking distance into the city. Easy to access, smooth check in. Negatives were that the property needs some TLC. Decorations are nice, but general upkeep needs improving for example all of the paint is pealing off the bathroom wall. No toilet roll supplied which is quite inconvenient. Lack of parking, short walk to paid parking but definitely better areas to stay in Chester with parking. Cleaning could also be improved for such a significant cleaning charge there was a bra left in the chest of drawers and a hair roller on the floor. All in al I would say this place is ok, but its definitely not 5 stars.
