Lovely Parisian apartment of 60sqm, tastefully decorated which can accommodate up to 4 guests. (1 double sofa bed in the living room and 1 double bed in the souplex)

It offers all the comfort conditions with its 1 bedroom (souplex), 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, its fully equipped kitchen. Dining area and extra room, "home office" are real plus !

It is very calm, being on a courtyard, even if it is a prime location, in the heart of Paris with an easy and safe access. All the facilities around.
