La comunicación previa a llegar nula, no contestan a las llamadas, llegué a pensar q era una estafa, tuve q amenazar por WhatsApp q es lo único q llega xa q me llamarán y poder hablar con alguien. Dos contactos con vrbo porque no me fiaba, dsp de hablar or teléfono me dijeron q no me preocupara q no entendían q información quería, dijeron q enviarían un código a mi móvil para recoger las llaves, porque era sábado y estaría cerrada la agencia, al llegar no se las veces q llamé a los dos tlfs sin respuesta, llegué al apartamento y la única persona q estaba era la chica de limpieza q me dijo q dejara las maletas y ella se ocupaba de q me mandaran el código, CD al fin pude recoger las llaves resulta q me toca un cuarto sin ascensor y con escalera de menos de un metro de ancho, sabían q iba con dos niños pequeños, lo mínimo avisar, menos mal q no se me ocurrió llevar la silla del pequeño porque no habría podido subirla. El apartamento aceptable aunque la cafetera rota, solo había almohadas para tres, yo tuve q dormir con cojines y los canales de la tele iban fatal. No pude conectarme al wifi en toda la estancia, no creo q vuelva a reservar nada con vrbo nunca y miraré mucho q sea una agencia en vez de un particular, pesimo!!! Y no os comento el tema de entradas al oceanográfico q al final tuve q coger por mi cuenta un día antes de la llegada a riesgo de quedarme sin ellas por las fechas q eran
