Newly renovated apartment, brand new with all amenities for 2 people next to the sea. It has all the pharmacy services, medical center, supermarkets and restaurants. It is located in a garden area with tennis court and pool.
It contains a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom and two bedrooms (one double). Suitable for people with disabilities. It is 5 minutes walk from the port of Pobla de Farnals for those who want sea sports activities (diving, canoeing, etc). 10 minutes by car from Valencia capital. It has bus lines to the city of Valencia.
Guests during their stay will have bed linen and towel services per stay, at no additional cost for stays of less than 7 days.
