Neighborhood is much louder than you'd expect, sounds more like a big city - windows do not isolate noise very much. The pictures were clearly taken and then the flat was not kept up - floors are dirty and have stains, cleaners had not vacuumed in quite some time...smells emanating throughout.

Upon receiving your feedback, we offered for our cleaning team to re-attend the property, which was declined, and we also provided the option of relocation, which was accepted. While the property is located in a lively area, noise levels in the surrounding neighbourhood are unfortunately outside of our control.
