Newark show ground is only a stones throw from Grooms cottage. A rural farm and livery yard come and feed the ducks and chickens see the ponies. Or bring your own we have stabling and turn out Grooms cottage is a spacious one double bedroom annex It also has a bed settee in the living room , Towels are provided. We have plenty of secure off road parking

Just Perfect !!

We had a fabulous stay last weekend . Julie was lovely and the cottage was just perfect for us . The farm was in a beautiful setting just perfect for our needs . We hope to be back 😊

Very welcoming host and great property. We were going to an event at Newark Showground and it was 10 minutes away by car. Good secure garden area for our dog.

Beautiful stay

Couldn't of stopped in a better place! Cottage was on a beautiful farm, Great loaction right by the showground, we went for an event and julie and her daughter were amazing hosts and even took us to the event! Would 100% recommend and would love to go back. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed and more!
