Don’t worry about linens, paper goods, dishwasher and dish detergent, laundry detergent; a starting supply is already available in the house for your use! With three bedrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa, this wonderfully furnished home easily sleeps 8. Each of the bedrooms has brand new beds; a king in the spacious master and queens in the other two rooms. For those days or evenings when you feel like staying in, the kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do. Dine indoors or enjoy outdoor dining under a covered illuminated area. Later, watch TV or movies in the living room on a brand new 50 inch smart TV. Each bedroom also has a smart TV. Below, the house has covered double parking to protect your vehicle, or back the vehicles out and sit in the shade of the parking area or sit on the covered deck of the front porch. You will enjoy the newness of this house as well as being only 3 blocks to the beach. Also just a short drive away is the beautiful city of Wilmington and all that it has to offer. And for nature lovers, just a quick stroll away is Carolina Beach State Park offering a magnificent 900 acres of pristine park land, walking trails, bird watching and sunset views over the river. After the sun has bid its farewell for the day, sit back and enjoy the festive view of the Ferris wheel and fireworks! Come and enjoy this beautiful Carolina Beach home!

My family and I enjoyed our state here. It was plenty room. Very peaceful for what we wanted. Was just to relax and enjoy our time together. I couldn’t ask for a better place in the beach and the restaurants were close by. It was great. Thank you for having us.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! It’s located close enough to the action but far enough back to get the low key CB vibes. The walk to the beach was quick even with little ones in tow. Maria was so welcoming and communicative. I can’t wait to come back.

Very clean and spacious townhouse! It is decorated nicely and Maria was very responsive. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops but in a quiet section of town. We loved it!

Another fantastic stay — our third year in a row — and honestly, it stood out even more this time. We had two disappointing rentals in other cities recently, so coming back here reminded us why we love this place so much. It’s immaculate, everything works, communication is excellent, and the amenities make it feel like a true home base. The location couldn’t be better: beach within walking distance and surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops. We’ll definitely be booking again for next year.

Location was superb! Not only were the 4 of us able to walk to the beach and boardwalk every day of our stay, we also enjoyed fireworks right from the front porch. Comfortable rooms. 2 bathrooms were great for us upstairs with a toilet downstairs was perfect. Outside shower was tough to find. No clothes line to dry suits or hand soap in the master was surprising. Beach towels and chairs were lacking along with soap for wash and bath. Probably the easiest stay we’ve ever had near the beach where we didn’t have to drive or park!!! Very cozy place. Host Communication was great. If you bring what you need for the beach you’re fine. Otherwise prepare to buy it all. Water and ice was wonderful in the fridge. Parking fab! Safe area! I’m a bit picky on cleanliness honestly. Stained walls probably from previous guests, carpet could use a deep clean and deep vacuum. Some stains on linens and polyester blend sheets in the master were hot in the summer. The fan worked and then didn’t. A/C controls are finicky hope you know tech! Overall I would stay here again and come prepared. Bare bones, nice house, beautiful and perfect location.
