Better than expected. Very comfortable and spacious. Clean. Easy access to beach. Close by bars and restaurants. Great area to walk. I’ll be back.

The place and the actual home are great. Love the pet friendliness and easy access/3min walk to the beach. But dear lord for the 6hours that is provided for cleaning and how dirty is actually was. We tried asking for an extra hour or two for check out but were told that wasn’t possible do to the cleaning crew having to have enough time to clean and set up for the next guest. Draws filthy food pieces in drawers and cooking ware, utensils all dirty. The grill was atrocious, we left it cleaner than what we found it and still decided to cover it with foil. Grease and food all over. Some beds didn’t even have mattress covers and or extra sheets/covers to put on mattresses. For how the place was received it looks like a job done less than an hour. Other than the cleanliness being denied checking out an hour later and offering to pay more for the inconvenience, host was great and fast responding. Location is great and the easy beach access was nice.

Thus unit is a good location, comfortable and clean.The unit is on one floor, however it is the third floor, 2 flights of stairs to get there.This was not a problem for us, however, it could be for some.
