Book Summer Early! Your Home at the Beach, Oceanfront 2bd-2ba Sunny Views! NMB

You are home at the beach with our two bedroom, two bath condo! It is located oceanfront and steps away from the beach. Our condo is on the second floor with serene ocean views. It is fully furnished (linens and towels are optional for extra charge) allowing for all the comforts of home while you are vacationing at the beach. The condo is air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for individual comfort. TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Master bedroom has private bathroom, king size bed and balcony access. 2nd bedroom provides two single beds. There is a sleeper sofa with queen size bed. Free Wifi and also washer/dryer in the unit.
The balcony is a great space to enjoy the ocean views and relax. Or head down to the pool and splash around. We do provide beach chairs for your convenience.
Condo is located in Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It is within walking distance of Barefoot Landing, a short drive to plenty of restaurants and minutes from shopping and golfing!

*July and Aug are Saturday-Saturday rentals only.
*HOA bylaws prohibit motorcycles, rv’s and campers from the parking at the building.

Great spot

The condo was close to the beach and equipped with everything we needed besides groceries, toiletries and personal care items. Don’t forget to either get the linen package or bring your own.

The condo was excellent. Everything you might need was there. It was clean and very well kept up. Communication with Jennifer was easy. She responded fast when asked a question. Would stay here again. The only drawback is the stairs for us elderly people but we managed and had a wonderful time.

Absolutely loved this rental!

Our stay was amazing! The host , Jennifer, was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. She made our stay worry free! If you’re looking for a quiet place that is family friendly this is it. We found lots of sea shells and the kids had so much fun on the beach. If we ever come back to Myrtle beach this is where we will stay!

The bathroom in master bedroom needs to be looked at every time you flush it it would keep running. In the hallway bathroom the towel rack needs fixed. The condo was dirty the sweeper had don’t been run. I run the sweeper before we left.

Perfect for our needs

The location of the balcony and views compared to surrounding condos gave me a pleasant surprise when I saw it in person. The listing and pics are spot on but the view was so much better in person! The little time we spent at this condo was spent out on the balcony enjoying it. The pool was also huge, and my family loved it. The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly have wanted, from kitchen utensils and counter space, to the in-unit washer/dryer, to beach accessories. We had no problems with parking, and it was very accessible to everything in Myrtle.

Horrible, got scammed out of my money.

Property had a sign on the sliding door to not use the balcony due to it being deemed unsafe by an engineer. Dusty and moldy smelling. Could not stay there at all. Host did not refund our money. Had to pay to stay elsewhere. Would be nice if I could upload the picture showing the danger, do not use balcony sign.

The location was perfect. The views were exactly as pictured and the deck looked to have recently been redone. The layout and size of the condo was a good size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Although the master shower was super tiny and would have been better if it had a removable shower head. The kitchen was fully equipped and having a washer and dryer was great. Unfortunately you can’t tell how dated the condo is in the pics. It’s very musty smelling and the master bedroom smells like mold. It looks like they just painted over paneling and it was coming away from the wall in the master bedroom. The carpet looked really old and stained and probably where the smell was coming from. The WiFi was pretty much unusable. The tv in the living room was buffering most of the time. I understand you are there for the beach but when it rains it’s nice to be able to watch the television. The blinds in the master were the slat blinds and one was missing so there was zero privacy from the condo across from us. There were no curtains on the window either so I had to hang a throw blanket I brought with me. The inside of the microwave was very rusty which made it feel dirty and kind of gross. There were also faint yellow stains on the pull out couch bed. Although the location is wonderful we wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just felt old and dirty.
