Our experience was wonderful! Charlie was very responsive and accommodating! It made for a smooth trip with two kids. The space in the condo was great! We had room to spread out. The kids got their own room and own beds and we had our own room. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook breakfast and lunch during the day. The condo is close to lots of great attractions and restaurants so it was easy for us to get out and around at night. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect while we were there. The condo building is old, but the unit was clean. I liked the tile floors throughout. We would stay here again.

Our plane got in early and we have young kids. I reached out to ask if there was any wiggle room with the check in. The host graciously messaged us immediately when it was clean so we could check right in. The place was perfect and was everything we hoped for. 5 stars absolutely

Everything was as it was advertised. No issues. Great communication. No complaints with the rental unit. We do wish the large rectangular pool and tubs on the northern end of The Baywatch Resort were working for the spring break season. We were unaware of this; it’s worth asking if all amenities are up and running prior to reserving. Other than that, great host & unit.
