About this property

Awesome Oceanfront End Unit-BayWatch Resort-Great Amenities, Direct Owner Rental

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, family-owned and operated condo with gorgeous, unobstructed, direct ocean-front views, this is it. Our two-bedroom condo is an end unit on the 17th floor of Tower 3 at the Bay Watch Resort.

You're just steps from the sand, shops and restaurants. Bay Watch also offers secure, covered, on-site parking for guests.

Our condo features newer updates, including gorgeous new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new faucets and new light fixtures.

We have a 42" flat screen HDTV in the family room, and a 32" flat screen HDTV's in each bedroom.

Our large, ocean-front balcony is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, as well as a private balcony with views of the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom is right next to the full, guest bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space. And, we regularly update the bedding in both bedrooms.

Our kitchen was remodeled with new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops, Nov 2022 and is fully-equipped. We also provide an in-unit washer and dryer for your family's convenience, and we offer free Wi-Fi.

Bay Watch Resort is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

North Myrtle Beach is a great place for golf, beaches and family friendly activities. Bay Watch is a wonderful, family-friendly property. The indoor pools/lazy rivers are heated in the winter for all year-round fun. The onsite restaurants have great food. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained. The resort is centrally located for easy access to all of the activities in the area.

What makes this property unique

The Myrtle Beach community is warm and family-friendly. You can enjoy a great vacation and make great memories, without spending a fortune. (BTW, we recommend nearby shopping and entertainment center, "Barefoot Resort" and "Broadway at the Beach" for all ages!)
