The building is located at the beginning of the Alzaia Naviglio Grande pedestrian canal where it crosses viale Gorizia which is a free-flowing road, therefore with easy access for cars, taxis or Uber.
The nearest garage is 300 m away.
In the courtyard there are racks for parking guests' bicycles.
The liveliness of the Ticinese can be felt immediately, the offer of clubs and restaurants, shops and artists' ateliers is close at hand but the house is well insulated from the noise of the street because all the windows have new frames and deep double glazing.
