With foliage above the outdoor eating area it meant that the area was extremely hard to keep clean. Foliage attracted wasps, ants from fallen grapes and rats in the evening Also drive unbelievably narrow, someone always having to get out the car to guide toy round, so as not to scratch car side - this should be mentioned.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The outdoor dining area is surrounded by mature vines and trees, which provide natural shade and create a peaceful atmosphere. However, as with any garden setting, this can occasionally attract insects or other wildlife, especially during the warmer months and harvest season. We do our best to keep the area clean and well maintained throughout the day. Regarding the access road, it is indeed a typical narrow country lane, which is quite common in this area. While most guests have no difficulty accessing the property, we understand that drivers with larger vehicles may find it more challenging. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider adding a note about this in our property information so future guests can be better prepared. Thank you again for your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience.

Great place perfect for us and ideally located between Porte de Pollenca and Pollenca town

Great place perfect for us and ideally located between Porte de Pollenca and Pollenca town. Quiet and good scenery. Lidl down the road very convenient.Downside, access in a big car almost impossible and it needs better signage and better visual clues to find the place as quite remote. Overall excellent place with lovely pool would stay again

Room for improvement.

Can Camarroja’s position surrounded by beautifullly tended gardens is exceptional. Walking around the garden areas was a delight. The villa is basic but more than adequate. We have been renting villas in Pollença for over 20 years via various companies and have always been supplied with an information book. The lack of villa/local information would, for a first time visitor, be quite disconcerting. A PDF could easily be attached to a confirmation e-Mail after booking. We accept that arrival and departure times for accommodation are standard and with hindsight, a call to Sealand requesting a later villa exit time would maybe have been appropriate. BUT Please do not threaten customers with police action when they ask to stay an extra hour or so. The maids were quite happy to clean the villa around us. Most companies offer the option to stay longer depending on flight times. We, therefore will not book with Sealand ever again. Shame, because we loved the villa. I am accepting the “review submission conditions” even though I can’t find them!
