* Two additional queen bedrooms with private bathrooms perfectly suited for couples:
> One of the room features an independent entrance and an attached bathroom.
> The other room has oversized windows and opens onto the back patio with garden and swimming pool views.
* Unheated swimming pool & half acre of lush landscaped grounds with cascading back yard and pool views are offered when sitting on the back patio or dining room.
* Front patio with soothing water feature and with Camelback mountain views; back patios immersed in greenery make perfect breakfast spots.
* 4 HDTVs with premium streaming content (Netflix, HBO, Lifetime, Hulu, Sling, etc.), super fast Wifi, SONOS music throat, pool-side gas grill, laundry and ironing station & more.
* Additional space is available in fully remodeled guesthouse (sleeps additional 4) as a separate listing.

We are within a 10 minute drive of Sky Harbor International Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Spring Training venues and downtown Tempe. Downtown Phoenix with its restaurant, events and museums is also about 15 or 20 minutes away.

Very close to several of the Spring Training events fields. Ciews of the Papago mountains to the south and Camelback mountain to the North.

Quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools; most of our neighbors have lived here for decades. Plenty of street parking right in front of our property.

First class property

This is a beautiful property and Alessandro is a wonderful host. I have rented a number of upscale homes and Alessandro is by far the best owner I have worked with. He always follows up promptly, makes sure all of your needs are met and takes care of every little detail to assure a comfortable stay. This home is very convenient to Scottsdale, Phoenix, the airport, many restaurants and shopping, the Zoo, Botanical Garden, etc in a private, quiet, safe neighborhood. I would absolutely come back here on my next visit to Scottsdale.
