Cross cottage is a really well appointed house.

Cross cottage is a really well appointed house. It’s perfect for 2 people..very warm and cosy with beautiful views of the fells. We will be back soon.

Had a lovely time at Cross cottage.

Had a lovely time at Cross cottage. It was a lovely quiet location but only 5 min drive to Kirkby Lonsdale for restaurants pubs and shops. Great for all the Yorkshire dales hills and villages. Garden to the cottage was well maintained and relaxing. Good Wi-Fi and free sat too. Shower was super powerful . Always a bonus. Only improvement would be curtains over French doors now the darker nights are coming back for added privacy and cosy feel. Would definitely book again n this cottage and this area. Very well equipped very clean and spacious for two bed.

A very comfortable stop in a well equipped cottage. Lovely garden with two areas of seating for warmer days.One parking spot. Best to reverse in if possible, depending on passing traffic.2 mile drive to Kirkby Lonsdale for nearest shops, pubs.Recommend The Highwayman pub at Burrow, slightly further away for meals. Excellent gluten free menu.
