The property was as described, information and instructions were great both before and during our stay. Great location for the beach, walks, Royal Hotel and The Ship Inn.Would recommend and would visit again
We had a fantastic time exploring the village, shops, coastal walk, cafe and restaurant during our short stay. The bungalow was such a lovely, relaxing place to rest after walking around each day! Perfect and peaceful retreat that we hope to visit again soon.. Thank you 😊
A well‑equipped chalet in a great location, offering good value for money. The host was very helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our stay overall, although the property would benefit from a deeper clean, as cleanliness was below expectations in places and there was a slight damp smell. That said, the host was apologetic, took the feedback seriously, and clearly wants to maintain high standards. With improved cleaning, this would be a lovely place to stay, and we’d consider returning.
Great location, close to the beach, on the edge of the village so blissfully quiet in the evenings. The property has everything you need once you bring food and drink. Peter was very informative about the local area, shops links to pubs and restaurants.

The property is very tired and needs a complete refurb but that would be bearable if it were clean. Upon arrival I had to clean the inside of the microwave (even though the bottom was rotting out) to be able to use it to prepare our meal as the inside of the oven looked and smelt like a grease pit. The shower had back mold and a filthy drian trap, no bath mat and no heater in the the bathroom. The tiled floor were covered in sand and a death trap in slippers, we had to wear out trainers for thewhole holiday

Disappointed
Could not go as my sister had emergency surgery for appendicitis. Disappointed that we lost our money but might be small discount if we rebook. Don't think so. Genuine reason too

Thank you for your review, Just to clarify, the cancellation was on the arrival day, so there was no time to rebook those dates. It was a 2 night visit, and everything was in place for your arrival. To be fair I would have given more than a slight discount for a rebook. If everyone cancelled on the arrival day, I'd make no money so I'm sure you will understand there has to be a policy in place. To say you are disappointed and give me 3 stars when you didn't stay, I think is a little mean. If you would like to rebook, then please get in touch and I'm sure we can work something out so that we are both happy. I'm sorry you didn't get to stay and enjoy Mundesley, the bungalow and the hillside, and I do hope that your sister is recovering well from her surgery
