Great communication from the instant we booked, place was warm and welcoming from the momemt we walked in with everything you could need for a comfortable stay and our dog loved laying in front of the fire, would recommend as a plqce to stay and explore the north Norfolk coast

I really enjoyed my stay at Paul’s Cottage , it really is home from home . I think the kitchen could really do with a thorough spring cleaning ie. Cupboards oven and pans and dishwasher. Apart from from that I could not fault the place and would gladly stay there again . I have an extra large car which was difficult to turn around but l managed it anyway. Overall well worth the money .

The cottage was really cosy and so well equipped. A great location and the beds were very comfortable. Paul was so helpful during the whole booking and arriving procedures with lots of photos and tips to make our stay more pleasant. A great cottage, in a great location with super helpful hosts. We hope to stay again in the future!

Under the coffee table was filthy & not been hooveredThere were dog treats & rubbish under the sofa cushions The kitchen cupboard next to oven was filthyThe mugs were all stained so we had to buy some The teaspoons needed soaking in bleach The next door neighbour was renovating & kept blocking the driveway

Following seeing this review i immediately contacted the guests to establish the facts as this is not what I want guests to experience and is the first bad review in 7 years of hosting. I contacted the guests shortly after they had arrived and settled as I do all guests to ascertain they arrived safely and found everything to thier liking as I do every guest. They replied late evening thanked us and no mention of the things listed above? Nor at any point during thier stay or post stay when I personally contact guests to thank them and confirm that they enjoyed thier stay. I heard nothing until this review landed in my inbox. I have since spoken to cleaning staff, the neighbours and subsequent visitors who present a different picture. Anyway whatever the truths this is not what we provide. Please read the other 50 Reviews.

Fisherman’s cottage

We all had a lovely stay . The cottage was clean , comfy and welcoming. Mundlesey itself is a great place to visit . We would definitely return .

Wonderful, Character Cottage

Wonderful, character cottage, very clean with everything provided to make for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. The location is very peaceful yet within walking distance of the local amenities plus the beautiful beach at Mundesley. Communication with Paul and Sally was excellent.
