This modern 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, large sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms featuring beds made up with crisp hotel linen and ample storage space for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower over bath, with clean fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use. There is free high speed broadband throughout the property.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Preston Train Station is less than 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 15 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, you have to manually turn the lock when in the apartment and lock with the key when leaving.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
