The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, plus a living area with a sofa-bed, allowing the accommodation of up to 8 guests.
Known for its surf spots, Costa da Caparica is the perfect place for family or friends vacation. Be prepared to be amazed by the natural scenery nearby, mixed with the cosmopolitan, yet traditional, Costa da Caparica's lifestyle.

This is the perfect house to accomodate a group of friends or a large family. With all the amenities you'll may need, this property will allow you to live the traditional Portuguese lifestyle.

BEDROOMS
- 1 Bedroom with a double sized bed, plenty of natural light, a closet and desk area.
- 2 Bedrooms with a single bed - that can be transformed into a double sized bed - and a spacious closet. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite toilet and a desk area.
All the beds are freshly made, with high quality linen, for your comfort.

BATHROOM
- 1 full bathroom, with a bathtub, a large mirror, a bidet and a toilet.
- 2 bathrooms, with a shower, and a toilet.
Quality towels are provided for every guest, for a more pleasant stay.

LIVING AREA
- 1 spacious livingroom with a comfortable fireplace, and plenty of sitting area, perfect to gather everyone during winter time. This space also has a dinning area for you to share your meals.
- 1 extra livingroom, composed of a convenient and comfortable sofa-bed and TV. This room also has a dinning area, and a charriot for you to hang your extra clothing. It can work has a common living area, or an extra room to accommodate 2 extra guests.

KITCHEN
- A kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay, such as a stove and an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, electric kettle a Nespresso Capsule Machine, a dish washer, and all the utensils you'll need!
- The kitchen has direct acess to the living area, so that everyone is involved in the meal prep.
- There is also access to a barbecue area, where you can grill the fresh fish you'll find in the local market!

PATIO
- A sunny front patio perfect for you to unwind outside and enjoy the Portuguese night air.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The property is only a 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the local farmers' market, and 2 minutes from the supermarket.
- There are also many restaurants available within walking distance.

We kindly ask you to be kind to your neighbors and avoid making noise after 22h, as this is a residential area. Note that noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal.
Additionally, pets are not allowed.
