Newly refurbished 2 bedroom apartment in the old part of the fishing village Armacao de Pera, overlooking a traditional church and with balcony views of the sea. Steps away from the beach. A lively town in the winter and summer with many restaurants, animation and tourist tours available all close by. As well as a wonderful fresh fish, meat and food market a short walk away.
Perfectly situated centrally on the Algarvian coast to visit the whole beautiful and famous coastline with its numerous golden beaches and medieval towns.

Olivia was absolutely amazing from start to finish—she greeted us so warmly upon arrival, made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, and even followed up after to ensure all went well. Her hospitality truly went above and beyond, which made us feel right at home.The place itself is just perfect—cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need. It’s ideal for a small family or couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better either: just steps from the beach, and close to restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need.You really can’t go wrong booking here. Olivia and her place made our trip extra special, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Olivia, for being such a wonderful host!

Die Wohnung ist in einem älteren Gebäude im 3. Stock gelegen und wirklich nur zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Ort wird hauptsächlich von portugiesischen Ferienwohnungsbesitzern besucht, deren Wohnungen aber teils in wenig ansprechenden Hochhäusern gelegen sind. Sehr schön ist die kleine Markthalle, die praktisch um die Ecke liegt. Die Kirchturmuhr, die in anderen Beschreibungen erwähnt wird, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört.Die Wohnung selbst ist - wie beschrieben - mit zwei kleinen Schlafzimmern ausgestattet und einem nett eingerichteten Wohnraum, in dem auch eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Tresen gelegen ist. Herausfordernd kann die Parkplatzsuche sein - notfalls kann man aber einen etwa 7 min Gehzeit entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz nutzen. Sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Het appartement ligt op de 3e verdieping middenin het drukke centrum. Helaas alleen airconditioning in de woonkamer. Parkeren in augustus in de buurt is heel lastig vanwege de drukte. De badkamer heeft wat issues (geur, verlichting, ventilatie) maar ik hoop dat de verhuurder dit op zal lossen.
