Everyone we dealt with was very nice & helpful. There are several shops & eateries within walking distance however if you plan to go into Tulum or to beaches etc. you may find taxi’s expensive, renting a vehicle may be a less expensive option. We found the preferred payment seemed to be Mexican Pesos.
Caleta Tankah Beach, a beautiful, seaweed free cenote to swim in
Nice cabana at the Caleta Tankah Beach club, waiter service during your stay
Sunrise from coastal beach

Cindy's triple 20

The Villa was great. Looks as advertised. Not handicapped accessible. Should have railings in pool and Hot tub. Perfect for a group of 8-10 people. Concierge sevice very necessary for navigating transportation and excursions.
