Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle. Selection of books, table tennis table with bats. Fuel, power and starter for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Rear non-enclosed sloping garden with furniture, decking area, and private loch access. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a mooring out from the beach; guests can launch own boats in Kenmore and sail/motor along. Note: Non-enclosed garden with access to waterfall and loch, please supervise children and pets at all times. Note: Due to steep steps and the property being a short, steep walk from the parking, this property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: There is no TV or WiFi at this property. Note: The property has a private water supply coming from the river; though filtered and tested annually, there is no bug-free guarantee so if you are concerned, please bring bottled water or boil water before drinking. Note: The unique charm of the rustic cottage comes from being in a stunning secluded spot with fantastic views and its many quirks which we love, however it can cause inconvenience at times, we do have help nearby for any issues
