Relax with the whole family in this pretty villa! Immersed in a quiet residence, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the area and reach the beach in just 4 minutes by car and the town's nightlife in 8 minutes on foot. For you, there is a comfortable veranda equipped to share your moments of relaxation in the open air, two gardens, covered parking and all the comforts for cooking, relaxing with Netflix, Youtube and wi-fi. Self check-in access. Pets are welcome.
The Space
Ideal for 4 people, this pretty terraced house faces 2 sides and is suitable for relaxing days with the right amount of privacy.
The space is adequate and the low price makes it also perfect for single travellers or a couple seeking relaxation. The house is characteristic of the area; here you can breathe in an atmosphere of true relaxation thanks to the marine-style furnishings and materials reminiscent of the sea.

THE ROOMS
1) You will have at your complete disposal a bedroom with a DOUBLE BED and ample storage space for your personal staffs. From here there is an access to the REAR GARDEN.

2) The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be comfortably joined if required.

The house is cool, we provide in addition to the air conditioner in the living room, a movable fan.

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is newly renovated. We have recreated a spacious shower cubicle and made the space elegant. THERE IS NO BIDET.

Soaps and a welcome shower kit are provided, as well as bed linen and towels of various sizes for each guest. A professional hairdryer is available.


LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The living area is comfortable, furnished with 50'' smart TV with access to Youtube and Netflix, fast wi-fi service, Nescafè coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, traditional oven and everything you need for cooking.

We provide card games to enjoy your evenings.

LAUNDRY
an outdoor area is dedicated to the washing machine. Here you will find 1 beach umbrella and 2 deckchairs provided by the house. An outdoor shower is also available.

FRONT GARDEN AND VERANDA
The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs to allow you to enjoy unforgettable moments in the open air. A table and chairs are also available for reading or smart working.

You will love the quietness of the condominium to fully enjoy your days of holiday and relaxation, even together with your PET friends, who are WELCOME :)

The back garden is very spacious, suitable for children's games and for your four-legged friends.

In front of the house is a playground with children's games.
One covered parking space is available.
