The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-storey villa consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms connected by a corridor, large living room, 2 entrances, fully equipped kitchen with every comfort including dishwasher, adjacent closet with ironing board. Possibility of parking in the basement equipped with a large garage with 4 two-car garages on each floor, which will be assigned or not depending on the booking. BEFORE BOOKING WRITE TO ME TO ASK IF I HAVE AVAILABILITY BECAUSE THE CALENDAR MAY NOT BE UPDATED.
The area is very quiet, a stone's throw from the center and the beaches it overlooks and to reach them you just need to go down the stairs in front of the house. Close to supermarkets located behind it and shops in the centre.
