Panoramic Apartment for 8 with Garden and Patio, Sea View

Independent apartment in a large villa with a garden and panoramic patio overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. It features a double bedroom with views of the Perdifumo olive groves, a spacious bathroom with washing machine, hallway with built-in wardrobes, fully equipped masonry kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher), living room with double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and heating for the winter months. Outside, there’s a terrace with barbecue, sea-view lounge area, and a panoramic garden with century-old oak trees.
From June 1 to September 30, guests can enjoy free access to a beach umbrella and parking at a partner beach club (up to 4 guests included). Extra guests will be charged an additional fee. Pets are not allowed at the beach facility.
