Old house farmhouse, newly renovated, in a quiet area in the countryside just five minutes drive from the sea. (Blue Flag Certification). Sleeps up eight guests.

Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep vlot, efficient en vriendelijk. Het huis is een zalige plek. Onze hond was mee en genoot van de ruime ommuurde tuin. De slaapkamers en 2 badkamers waren goed ingericht en heel schoon. De woonkamer en keuken zijn prima. Alle apparatuur is verouderd, maar werkt. De veranda en tuin zijn heerlijk. Een echte aanrader.

Un soggiorno molto confortevole in una zona ricca di attraziini

La casa è molto funzionale e arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutti gli ambienti hanno aria condizionata, e in questo caldissimo agosto è stata davvero utile! Dispone di ampio spazio per automobili e in questa zona è un bene prezioso. Il paese di San Marco è a pochissimi minuti di macchina ma anche Castellabate e Santa Maria di Castellabate sono vicinissimi. Tutti e tre questi paesini sono suggestivi. Le gite in barca a punta Licosa e la SPA diSan Marco sono esperienze molto raccomandate! I contatti con la proprietaria e con la persona di sua fiducia che cura il check in sul posto sono semplici, i tempi di risposta davvero veloci.

A nice house near the port, with a great caffeteria nearby.

Perfect spot for a family holiday, with a large enclosed garden and a table and chairs for outside dining. Aircon in all rooms, and a helpful owner to iron out any problems. Very good.

A lovely farmhouse, perfect for a family!

We had a great stay here, the farmhouse is really pretty inside and out. Castellabate is a lovely part of Italy. The farmhouse was about a 20 minute walk down to San Marco harbour or a 5 minute drive. Santa Maria beach and the beautiful old town of Castellabate is just up the road - lots to see and do. We really recommend the Gelato at Caffetteria Torretta not far from the house and Ristorante lo Scoglio with beautiful sunsets! The only annoyance were the mossies, come prepared - our only suggestion would be that the doors to the garden could do with mossie nets. We'll definitely be back to this part of Italy!

Lovely house in a beautiful area

The house was perfect, plenty of space, clean and in good condition, with a big table for eating meals outside or inside, a well stocked kitchen and a lovely big garden. It's situated just outside San Marco and other beautiful little towns on the coast, and just below the stunning town of Castellabate with its breathtaking views. A car is definitely a requirement to get around. Simonetta the owner was lovely and provided everything we needed.

Abbiamo trascorso in villa il ponte del 2 giugno assieme ad un altra famiglia con bambini e devo dire che tutto è stato perfetto. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e ristrutturata da poco e con gusto. Mangiare fuori la sera è favoloso. Inoltre abbiamo trovato praticamente di tutto dal bollitore del te alla lavastoviglie passando per qualsiasi pentola e padella fino ad arrivare ai dispositivi antizanzare. Inoltre abbiamo trovato anche caffè, biscotti, latte fresco, olio d'oliva, sale etc. Per finire sia la proprietaria che la persona che ci ha consegnato la casa sono state disponibilissime e gentilissime. Consigliatissima

Sinceramente la villetta ha lasciato me e i miei familiari a bocca aperta . Bellissima oltre che funzionale e arredata con cura e nei minimi dettagli. Lo spazio esterno e' enorme e il patio regala momenti di tranquillità' nonché cene all'aperto. Ci ritornerò spero
