Unfortunately the house was so hot we could not sleep at night. No ac and noway to open windows to get a cross breeze of any kind.We feel the place is very outdated and could be modernized alot, however we did see that in the photos. The place was very very clean so that did make our stay a lot better than it might have been.

Best Location

I had never been to Big Bear and was unfamiliar with the area. I was so delighted to find that this property was indeed in the best location ever. You’re right down the block from the mountain (and a super fun path called “town trail” that leads through the woods to downtown). Big Bear Lake is just a quick drive. Wifi was great and easy to get on. Everything we needed was there for use.

Great space!

What a great spot a short walk to the summit! The family found it super cozy, had everything we needed for meals, showers and after meal streaming on television, and we can’t wait to book it again!
