By booking this property, you agree to abide by all house rules and understand that violations may result in additional charges, removal from the property, or forfeiture of your deposit.
General Rules:
1. No Parties or Events
This home is for quiet overnight stays only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2. No Local Guests Unless Pre-approved
Local visitors are not permitted without prior written approval for security and neighborhood safety.
3. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests
Please do not exceed this limit. All guests must be registered in your reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time, in compliance with city ordinances.
4. No Unapproved Visitors or Drop-ins
All guests must be listed in the reservation. Drop-ins or last-minute guests are not allowed without written approval.
5. Security Camera Disclosure
There is one security camera and it’s located outside just above the front door for your safety.
6. Smoking or Drug Use Prohibited
Smoking, vaping, or drug use (including cannabis) is not allowed inside the home. Smoking outside is permitted if you dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $500 fee will apply for indoor smoking, odor removal, or air purification.
7. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbors and city guidelines.

9. Caution: Snow & Ice
The cabin is located in a mountain area where snow, ice, and wildlife are common. Use caution on outdoor steps, decks, and driveways—especially in winter months. Proper footwear is recommended.
10. Not Handicap Accessible
Due to stairs leading to the cabin, this property is not suitable for guests requiring wheelchair access or those with limited mobility.
11. Wildlife & Natural Setting
This is a forested area—please be aware of local critters and insects. Keep doors closed to avoid unwanted visitors (both animal and insect).
12. Power/Internet Outages
In rare cases, weather may impact power or internet services. No refunds will be issued for outages caused by storms or other natural events beyond our control.

• Please wash and put away used cookware. Excessive dirty dishes may result in extra charges. This is because cleaners will be charging for their extra time.
• Please remove trash before checkout there are two dumpsters located in the parking lot. This is part of the city guidelines.
16. Appliance Use
Use all appliances and fixtures with care. Please notify us immediately if anything is not functioning properly.
17. Keep Doors and Windows Closed
Do not leave doors or windows open while heat or AC is running.
18. Toilets
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or other items.
19. No Tampering with Safety Devices
Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or security equipment.
20. Lost or Damaged Items
Guests are responsible for lost, broken, or missing items. Please report damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
21. Lost & Found
We’re happy to return forgotten items upon request. Shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.

A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed. Please use designated parking lot only. Two free parking passes are available with your booking. All guest will need to show the reservation to pick up parking pass at the front office.
