Cozy home away from home beautiful extremely clean house so close to Desenzano center and lake

Amazing house that had all the products a family would need. Quiet, secluded, beautiful. excellent for large families and with a beautiful and well-kept patio and garden, It's super close to a supermarket which was a huge plus for us as it looked. Also very close to the lake itself, a 15 minute walk from the centre the beautiful promenade on the lake, Massimo was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs, truly friendly. I would definitely stay here again! and greatly recommend fir every one

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Wohnanlage, in der hauptsächlich Einwohner von Desenzano leben, was sie authentisch und sympatisch macht. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang mit einem schönen Garten und ist sehr groß. Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, von denen eine im Erdgeschoss, die andere im Keller liegt. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Ein Doppelzimmer im Keller, im EG befindet sich ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und eins mit Doppelbett. Dieses hat eine sehr alte Matratze, bei der man jede einzelne Feder spürt, weswegen dann ein Erwachsener mit im Kinderzimmer geschlafen hat. Das Kellergeschoss ist leider sehr feucht und muffig und für Kinder etwas unheimlich, weil ein Fenster und eine Eingangstür dort unten quasi in die Garage der Nachbarn führt. Die Poolnutzung ist etwas ominös. Offiziell steht an der Wohnungstür, dass man ihn nicht nutzen darf. Bei der Ankunft wurden uns jedoch für alle Reisenden Badehauben ausgehändigt. Die Gastgeber sind nett und man kann jederzeit mit ihnen schreiben. Leider war die Wohnung nicht richtig geputzt, was wir dann selbst gemacht haben. Wenn man nicht so empfindlich ist, was Sauberkeit und Schlafkomfort angeht und eine ruhige, große Wohnung sucht, kann man hier gut Urlaub machen.

Although this is an excellent property it is not without issue. Firstly, the location IS NOT within walking distance to the centre of town. We did not have a car so we used taxis every day. There is a supermarket very close by (15 minute walk), and the lakeshore is 20 minutes walk (but this section of shore is "private"). The apartment claims to be air conditioned. IT IS NOT. There is one air conditioning unit in the living room which had little impact there and absolutely no impact at all in the bedrooms (where it would be needed most). I texted both the owner and his son to provide fans, but disappointingly neither replied. One double bedroom is in a converted underground garage (VERY hot at night without a fan). The apartment is within a very quiet complex of both holiday and privately owned homes with a great pool - swimming caps are required. There are 2 loungers belonging to the property that would need brought to the poolside (but not really necessary as the pool is just across a path). Why a property that sleeps 6 only has 2 loungers baffled us! All that said, it is a good apartment that is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, BBQ (no gas however), TV, stable wifi and ample towels. Worth noting - the location is not close to town and the air conditioning is not effective.

Sehr gut!

Unser Urlaub war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir Glück.Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da.Herr Lolli war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Einen kleinen Minuspunkt würden wir gerne anmerken, nur das Feedback um sich zu verbessern. Die Matrazen waren für unsere deutschen Verhältnisse etwas zu hart.Sehr viel Platz und die Terasse mit Garten war Mega! Pool inklusive. Wir haben fast jeden Tag auf dem tollen Grill gegrillt. Vielen Dank! Wir werden Siw weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus in ruhigen Wohnviertel

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Einzig was zu bemängeln war, das ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist zum anderen Schlafzimmer. Das war in der Beschreibung nicht so beschrieben.
