Sunshine House

Detached cottage of 110 m2 on 450m2 plot in quiet area, gate with remote control, large parking, 2 double bedrooms including 1 with personal bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 outdoor shower, outdoor dining table with large umbrella, grill. From this oasis of relaxation, you can decide whether to walk to the nearest beach (10 minutes ), or take your car and enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. And if it's a windy day here and the sea is rough, you can in just over 20 minutes reach the Granelli beaches that face southwest, so you won't miss any beach day. In the evening you can choose between the beautiful Marzamemi (1 km walk via the beach, 2 minutes by car) or decide to visit the renowned nearby towns: Noto and Avola 25 minutes away, Syracuse 40 minutes, Ragusa 50 minutes. And if you wake up before eight o'clock in the morning, you can buy either granitas with brioches, or cream or chocolate croissants and fresh bread, which they take turns passing in front of the gate, between seven thirty and nine :)

Alloggiato con la mia famiglia di quattro persone con cane. Villetta in zona tranquilla e vicino al mare. Ristrutturata di recente, pulita, comoda e graziosa. Host disponibile e gentile. Ci ritornerei.

La casa più bella trovata fin' ora

La casa era come la descrizione, il mare vicino ha sia scogli che sabbia a seconda che in fondo alla strada se giri a destra o sinistra, le due camere dei ragazzi erano senza aria condizionata ( mentre la nostra la aveva) ma c'erano dei ventilatori che hanno supplito benissimo e poi la sera la temperatura all' esterno è perfetta quindi basta lasciare le finestre aperte. Il posto è bellissimo e anche le spiagge vicine valgono la pena del viaggio, Giovanni un super host disponibile e preoccupato che fossimo sempre soddisfatti. Consiglio vivamente questa casa!
