Beautiful attic completely renovated, in a quiet area one step away from the nightlife and restaurants of San Salvario. Two-room apartment, can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed) and is also equipped to accommodate children. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. On the 4th floor with lift. 250 meters from the Marconi metro station and 900 meters from the Porta Nuova railway station. From today also with free wi-fi internet.

Clean, airy and great location

The apartment is very quiet, clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood has many nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Easy access to the Metro and trams and Porta Nuova train station a short walk away. Work brings me to Turin and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We came to visit in the middle of a heat wave and the air conditioning was a life saver after a long day of walking around the city. We didn’t use the washing machine or dish washer or stove but the property is well equipped for long stays as well as short. I should add that I slept on the futon in the main room for three nights and found it quite comfortable.

Good stay in Torino

The communication and location is great. About a 8-minute walk to the main train station and big park. The sink and dishwasher had issues draining during our stay but the host was able to find someone to come fix it. We stayed during the month of August and it got really warm inside. Overall we had a good time in Torino!

Nice flat in a very convenient location

We had a very pleasant stay in this property. It is located in a quiet residential street, with good transport links to the city centre (tram and underground) and in proximity to various bakeries and grocery shops. The bathroom was spotless and the kitchen well equipped. It took us a little while to figure out how to fold back the sofa bed, but we eventually got there.. The air con units, on the other hand, were very easy to operate. All in all, a very nice flat!

Great Turin Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable and close to Turin's main station. The air conditioning meant that it was cool in the heat and there were many good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. All in all, a great stay.

Einfach super!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat absolut keine Wünsche offengelassen und hat mehr geboten als wir je von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet haben. Alles ist tip-top sauber, gepflegt, neu und sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man schläft fantastisch und ruhig, obwohl das Ausgehzentrum von San Salvario mit vielen Bars und Restaurants nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man bequem. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hatte alles bestens vorbereitet. Fazit: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Alberto, grazie mille pur tutto!

Parco pentole da rinnovare perché inadeguato (al piano cottura) e rovinato

Il nostro soggiorno a torino è stato molto gradevole e tranquillo grazie anche al familiare confort che la casa del Sig. Alberto ci ha offerto. Devo fare però un piccolo appunto negativo che ci ha creato qualche piccolo ma non trascurabile disagio: tutto il pentolame presente nell'appartamento (tranne una ) era inadeguato rispetto al piano cottura a induzione, quindi era impossibile preparare dei pasti in casa. Spero che il Sig. Alberto provveda quanto prima a risolvere l'inconveniente, e rendere il soggiorno in quella gradevole mansarda, perfetto. Consigliato !!!

Sympathetic, modern and flexible apartment suitable for one up to four people. Fully equipped just 15min by foot away from Centro Storico and located very near lively students area and river Po. Both hosts were very nice and patient and even helped me parking the car right in front of the building, it was a great stay!
