Helping our guests make the most of their time in Sorrento is what we love doing most. We truly appreciate your helpful feedback, as it helps us improve. We want everything to be perfect, so we immediately called maintenance to adjust the boiler settings for better hot water flow, and completely resolved the rare and isolated issue with the ants (which was tied to some recent gardening work to clean the rear courtyard of the building).
