It was very easy to communicate with the owner/property manager. Every message was responded to in a timely and understandable way. We arrived early and with coordination were able to drop our luggage while we explored the neighborhood. The VRBO was a great size for 5 adults, clean and fresh. Do keep in mind that you are in a city so you will have city sounds especially if you have the windows open. Wasn't an issue for us but if it is for you consider ear plugs. Nice location - the VRBO is about a 10-15 minute walk to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican City. Located on the west side of the Vatican. We Ubered to our walking tour of the Coliseum and Forum and other sites. Great value for the $. Thanks
