Really nice place with many thoughtful touches (water in the fridge, nice soaps, lotions, etc). 4 of us stayed here and it was a good size for us. Walkable distance to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Loved that both bedrooms each had an A/C unit in them.Would stay here again.
We are very happy with the stay in Monreale. The apartment was clean and fresh. It felt newly renovated. Both bedrooms have AC. When we arrived late in the evening due to a delayed flight, we discovered that the refrigerator was filled with various food items + 2 large bottles of water. We were so grateful for this because we hadn't had time to shop for anything. The apartment is in a residential area where the locals live and work. We like to live that way and not in an area adapted for tourists. Monreale is a lively and pleasant small town very close to Palermo. There are several different restaurants, bars and cafes and in some places you have a fantastic view of Palermo. If you have a car, it is quite easy to find a parking space. There are both free and paid parking lots. However, it doesn't cost much and we paid with Easypark.

Karin e’stata un ospite cordiale ed educata.Ha avuto cura del mio appartamento, mantenendo la pulizia e l’ordine.Felice di averla ospitata
We had a lovely stay at Angela’s House in Monreale. This is a busy, charming little town perched on the hills over Palermo. Check in, check out and communications were smooth and without issue. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with all you need for a typical Italian breakfast (coffee, milk, jams, butter, yogurt, breakfast cakes) as well as water and other drinks and toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Wifi was excellent- no issues with streaming or multiple devices. Access to grocery stores, fruit stands, pizzerias and restaurants was close by. It was a short 10 min walk to the main piazza with its beautiful church and we found it a good base for exploring the surrounding area, including Erice, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, Cefalu, and of course, Palermo. If driving, be aware the roads in the town are narrow and busy and finding parking can be a challenge although we were always able to find something close by without too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at Angela’s house again when visiting the area.
