Very nice apartment. Centrally located with immediate access to shops, cafe's and cathedral. A fifteen minutes walk from train station and a few blocks from the street market. Host was super nice. The roof top terrace was a plus

Thought we were getting a place with a balcony. We were told we didn’t have access to the terrace. It was very nice and clean, but it was 104 steps from the entrance to the room. I was glad we had a small suitcase.

Great location in the heart of Palermo

Great location, comfortable apartment with all of the necessities. The rooftop deck is amazing. Easy access to great restaurants like La Galleria and all of the major attractions. Very responsive and accommodating host!

Best stay in the best city

Great accommodation located in the very heart of the city, which allowed us to visit all the main monuments within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Teo and Rossella have been the best hosts, always smiling and warm welcoming. 10/10 absolutely recommended!

The rooftop terrace was great! Totally makes the property. And the location was very Central.The key carrier was very helpful getting us to the unit and checked in. Unit was very clean. My only comment is the kitchen needs to be resupplied.

Convenient location close to the Palermo Cathedral. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a responsive and helpful host. He greeted us when we arrived despite our delayed flight.

Comfortable hideaway

Very comfortable apartment right in the historic center of Palermo yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Roof terrace is a great bonus. Note it is accessed via a narrow staircase but we had no problem using it.

On the old city

Really well located in the old town, but also very quiet. All the facilitues one needs, but we ate out all rhe time. There are stairs to get to flat.

Wonderful

The property is located in the center of the Old Town but in a quiet location. It has a bonus of a rooftop patio with nice views. Some stairs to get to the property and a funky staircase to the rooftop patio but it’s all worth it. The hosts were great.

All as we expected and hoped. Liked the well equipped kitchen but a kettle would have been good. Hot water and shower - lovely.Had a bit of trouble with the keys.So much to see and do from a very convenient location.

I had an incredible stay at Terrace on the Roofs in Palermo and would absolutely book it again.From the start, communication was excellent. The hosts were proactive and responsive leading up to the trip, and check-in was completely seamless. That set the tone for a stress-free experience right away.The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped as a home base for exploring Sicily. But the real highlight is the rooftop terrace. The views are stunning, and it quickly became my favorite part of the stay. Whether it was enjoying a quiet morning coffee as the city woke up or unwinding late at night after being out in Palermo’s nightlife, the terrace made every moment memorable. There’s also a fun, social vibe—you might even end up chatting with neighbors on nearby balconies, which adds to the charm of the experience.The location truly could not be better. It’s right in the heart of Palermo, making it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and major sights. Because it’s in the city center, taxis and Ubers can be a bit limited or require a short walk—but if you’re used to navigating a city, it’s very manageable and well worth it for such a central location.Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, location, and atmosphere. I love Palermo

The flat is in the heart of the city. Convenient for visiting the city. Very quiet with a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the roofs of Palermo and the church towers. We were welcomed by Andrea, who gave us lots of useful addresses. Communication with the owner Teo was easy. highly recommended

Fabulous Location

Teo and Rosalie were amazing! They were extremely helpful in giving us advice as to things to do in Palermo and assisting to get a driver for a very early flight. The flat was very clean and comfortable. It is 4 flights up, but we knew there was no elevator. Our flight was delayed and they had someone there to meet us. There is an awesome terrace. We watched fireworks from the Cathedral one night. It is close to wonderful restaurants and historic city center. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location

We stayed for three nights.We took a prebooked transfer from the airport to the apartment. Glad we didn't have a car in the city!The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a compact kitchen and decent sized bathroom.The main attraction is the small roof terrace accessed by a steep set of steps and low headroom. A few contortions required particularly when carrying food and drinks.The location is perfect for walking Palermo although 15 minutes walk to the train and bus station.

Very nice!

We were very happy with our stay here. This apartment is a comfortable, clean and quiet little spot tucked right in the heart of the historic district. The rooftop patio so wonderful! We spent many evenings soaking in the sights & sounds of the city up there. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had many relaxing meals on the rooftop patio. Check in was easy. Andrea met us at the apartment and Teo also stopped by and they were both very friendly and welcoming.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage mitten im Zentrum. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratze ist leider ziemlich durchgelegen. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Palerme dans l'appartement de Teo et Rossella idéalement placé à deux pas de la Cathédrale et à 15 mn de la gare centrale. Nous avons rayonné vers tous les sites et quartiers d'intérêt, toujours à pied. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et son représentant sur place.Nous aimerions revenir. Merci pour tout.
