When we first got there we thought it looked a bit run down but once we got into the apartment it was terrific. We had no problems with anyone in the area. Would rent this again.
We stayed for our family vacation in Casa Raffaela. This beautiful apartment has a terrace with a great view. The lovely rooms are tidy and clean, the beds comfortable. We had a great time staying here and would 100% recommend! Last but not least the location is just perfect, near the central station and beautiful alleys.
When you arrive in Napoli you might think the city is crazy. Stay for a while longer and it starts to grow on you. This apartment on the top floor is far enough from the street noise and close to the main train station for walking and transit. It’s a beautiful apartment - don’t let the street entrance fool you.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Convenient spacious apartment near to Train station. Property manager was not responsive although we were able to check in. Only one set of keys. Kitchen lights were hidden behind microwave. Workers spent an entire day doing repairs while we were paying for the day. Cannot really cook or use tub. Noisy location.
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Very spacious and clean. The penthouse position comes with rooftop access for a view across the city. Thankfully, there was also an elevator. The road was busy outside but the sound did not carry into the apartment. The location worked well for us as we traveled by train with backpacks. Fairly close to Garibaldi in one direction and the city center in another. The road

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The apartment was spacious, amazing outdoor terrace and Roseta who met us ensured a warm welcome. Just one set of keys does mean if you're a group, you need to coordinate your movements. Communication through WhatsApp with wonderful Italy is sporadic so not to be relied on for anything urgent but luckily we were all good on that front. Location arriving at night does feel a little uneasy. Not so easy to find! Very close to train station, taxi rank outside Una Hotels (has a nice rooftop bar) and historic centre.
A éviter
