Nice, simple apartment

Our family of 5 enjoyed a single night stay in this apartment before we left Naples on a cruise. The location was nice and the views are amazing. The check in process was a little cumbersome needing to meet with someone to help us get into the apartment. We were missing sheets and towels, which were delivered later in the day. We also needed batteries for the AC units. We got locked out of the entrance to the building when someone closed one of the gates that we didn't have keys or a code for. We were fortunate that someone else let us in.

Nothing beats the view from the terrace. The apartment is beautiful and the building itself does have the original old school charm. Our real issue started with check-in. We arrived when we said we would and no one was there to greet us. We waited around for an hour and even had to call the emergency number for the management company (waited on hold for about 45 minutes until someone finally arrived). We had also emailed multiple times during the day to let them know our ETA, when we landed, when we were on our way and tried to make sure that we over communicated so there would not be this issue. Pros- AC in every room. Bag of coffee provided. Delicious pastry shop next to the front gate of the building, a small but usable lift to the 6th floor, lots of natural light from skylights. Cons- no management communication, broken dishwasher, no dish soap, sponge or dish towel provided, no napkins or other paper products , AC/electricity requires house key and turns off every time you leave the apartment (example- I ran down to get breakfast and my wife had to wait to get ready because there was no light), as I needed the keys to get in the gates in the building. The apartment was only really surface clean (dirt in the corners and bathroom sink/vanity), showers are extremely small and not easy to use. Overall our stay was just ok. Wasn’t the worst place we have ever stayed but definitely wasn’t the best either

Le logement est très propre, très beau et très confortable pour deux couples. La terrasse offre une très belle vue. Les lits sont très confortables et le logement est très bien climatisé. Bien que de faible capacité, l’ascenseur a été très apprécié pour le transport des bagages entre le rez-de-chaussée et le 6e étage. Station de métro Duomo à la porte du logement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les points à améliorer concernent le système électrique dont la capacité est limite et qui nous a empêché d’utiliser le four, l’absence de linges et d’éponges pour faire la vaisselle ainsi que de linges pour le nettoyage des comptoirs et finalement le manque de lumières dans la salle de bain attenante à la chambre.

Superschöne Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komfortabel. Zentrale Lage, U Bahn vor der Tür, Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
