The space
The apartment, furnished in a typical Venetian style, is located on the ground floor of a detached house, just a few minutes from St. Mark’s Square and the Biennale. It is easily accessible by public transport with a short walk (ACTV stops: Arsenale or San Zaccaria).
It consists of two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds); 1 bathroom; living room with a view of the garden; kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes). Equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, and independent heating.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE ENTIRE VILLA (GROUND FLOOR + 1ST FLOOR).
Guest access
The Ca Pavoni villa is entirely owned by the host. Guests will be granted access to and use of the reserved apartment(s) (1st floor and/or ground floor).
