Great apartment and proximity to all major sites. Management team was super throughout the entire process from initial booking to assisting with any needs during the stay.

This was our second time staying at this amazing property and it lived up to the hype we had built around it. The location is great, the apartment is so unique and special, and the communication and help from the hosts couldn’t have been better. We hope to come back a third time!

Beautiful apartment and a wonderful location! Marco was very knowledgeable on the area and was able to give excellent recommendations. The apartment was clean and a great size for my family of 7.

Wonderful stay

The property manager/ owner was very helpful especially with transportation needs. The location is amazing and the property is very clean. The only complaint was the floor in some of the property was very aged and felt unstable. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

For notoriously crowded, cramped Venice, Ca' Dei Greci Canal View is a *very* spacious and quiet apartment, well away, but not inconveniently so, from the theme park vibe of the San Marco - Rialto axis. The property's style is decidedly traditional but not tattered and decrepit. It was a nice little bonus to have a view of the distant San Marco tower and basilica out the window. Two other significant bonuses were the informative welcome and lead from the ferry by Silvio and the proximity of the well-stocked Bailo Supermercati. We were grateful to follow many of Silvio's suggestions and regretted ignoring others. Ca' Dei Greci Canal View would be suitable for longer stays and larger groups. Venice can be challenging, but no complaints here.

We loved the property. The hosts made everything easy for us and have a beautifully appointed apartment in a perfect location. Having so many full bathrooms was a plus for our group of five (adults). Outstanding value. We will be back!

A wonderful stay

Ca' Dei Greci Canal View Is a lovely, spacious and well equipped property. We were very comfortable and found the apartment to be easily accessible to San Marco Plaza, boat transportation, and many stores, restaurants, and markets. We very much enjoyed the apartment!

The apartment was spacious, lovely and well-located, a five minute walk to the Piazza. Views on Venice arranged several outings for us, and were very helpful when weather interfered with our plans. We loved our time in Venice

Fabulous Property

We loved this property, very spacious, clean and in a perfect location. St Marks square was a short 10 minute walk and the Rialto bridge about 15 minutes. Plenty of very good restaurants within a very short distance also. Highly recommend.

great apartment!

this is a huge apartment with lots of space. it’s got charm and character and everything you could need. you’re out of the main touristy parts of Venice but close enough to walk everywhere. the boat stop is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. would recommend to families.

Great location near San Marco square. The apartment is huge and well equipped. A little dated but that added to the charm. Quiet at night with a view of a busy canal during the day. The manager was great to deal with, explaining the apartment and organizing out water taxis. We highly recommend and would return.

Friends Vacation

Great apartment along a canal, lots of room for three couples with everything one would need. Away from the crowds but close to anything you would want to experience. Great communication with the property manager, very helpful. Just wonderful all around.

Beautiful and well located canal view rental.

The Ca' Dei Greci is well located in Venice with a beautiful canal and St Marc's tower view. The rental is a short walk to the Grand Canal to the waterbus and all main Venice attractions. The space was nice for 4-6 people with two sitting rooms, one with a TV for evening relaxation. It is close to several wonderful restaurants for canal or campo dining.

Best location for a Venice vacation

The location of the apartment was perfect! It's far enough from St. Mark's Square that it's quiet and peaceful, yet close enough (just a 10 minute walk) that's it just a short walk to almost anywhere in the city. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The rental agents, Views On Venice, were delightful to interact with.

Apart from very creaky floor boards in the bedrooms , the apartment is a very comfortable and well equipped place for a stay in Venice. The location is so central and having an embankment point outside the apartment is a bonus for taxis to drop off from the airport. A minor point… no tea towels provided in the kitchen for drying crockery, although lots of dishwasher tablets provided which was excellent . All in all … we loved our stay there and views on Venice staff were very efficient
