The water pressure was very poor, and some days I had no water at all. I had one warm shower the whole week. There were no sheets on the bed. The toilet had to be adjusted almost every use. There were no dish towels. The wifi worked only occasionallly.

El departamento cuenta con 3 redes WIFI disponibles, y dependiendo de la zona se elije, los demás huéspedes no presentaron reporte, probablemente el huésped elijio una red con baja señal, durante la estancia se presentó una situación de falta de presión debido a la red de agua local de abastecimiento por lo que fue general en la zona, la afectación fue unas horas, se restableció el servicio con alternativas una de las cuales fue la disminución de la presión, desafortunadamente al tener baja presión el llenado de la taza del sanitario es lenta, y el huésped se desesperó y cuando el flujo normal se restableció con hidroneumático, el agua se agotaba debido a que el huésped movió el herraje del sanitario, provocando una fuga al estar activo el hidroneumático.

Adequate lodging

The apartment is basic and functional, although the actual apartment does not fully correspond to the description on the VRBO app, The pictures are from a different although similar apartment, and there is only one bedroom, not two, although there are two beds -- a king and a single. When we had problems, the host was extremely responsive, coming over immediately when the power went off one evening. And the air conditioning worked perfectly. And the neighborhood had good services, including a supermarket, a Dunkin, a Little Caesar's and several good restaurants within walking distance.One thing to keep in mind. The street system in Merida is chaotic. There are a number of "colonias" in Merida, and each one can have the same set of addresses. Therefore, you must specify the colonia -- in this case, Mexico Oriente -- in order to get directions to the apartment.
